Each year AAHS awards F. Lewis Orrell Curriculum Development Grants to K-12 teachers and awardees share their lessons with you. Also there are a variety of other organizations that have created K-12 lessons related to archaeology and history. Check out these lesson ideas to help your K-12 students learn about the past.

Of special interest to educators: AAHS awards multiple grants annually with a total of $5,000 awarded per year for curriculum enhancement related to the archaeology, history, or anthropology of the American Southwest.
